For tonight’s dinner, I took a road trip over to the Pinellas Park, FL location (Pinellas County) since the wife was having a girls night at the house with the kiddos:

Since it’s girls night only, I guess that means a cheap hotel is in order:

Since this journey revolves around being 8 Weeks of Pasta, and since I’ve avoided pasta for a few days with the Stickwiches, I knew I had to throw some in again. Since the Fettuccine worked the other day from National Pasta Day, I figured I could stuff some Pasta in there again. First to come to mind was some Mac & Cheese (which was inspired from a fellow Pasta Pass group member who made some Mac & Cheese with his leftovers):

Okay, so not so much to build today. But this was a great combination. Everything seems to pair really well with a delicious Breadstick! I should have thrown a topping in though. 8/10.
