It’s Wednesday, so that means lunch time in Orlando around the corner from the office, over at the ORLANDO – WATERFORD LAKES NEAR UCF location. I went with Spaghetti, Asiago Garlic Alfredo/Traditional Meat Sauce & Meatballs for my 50/50 sauce week combination:

I really enjoyed a LOT about this meal. The Garlic flavor really helped out, and the Meat (sausage) in the sauce made for a nice addition to the flavor with the meatballs without actually needing additional sausage.

I had a brief conversation with the server, and she mentioned I am her 2nd Pasta Pass holder so far (and this is a large congested and populated area in Orlando).
