It’s Wednesday, so that means I’m over in Orlando today for work! Fortunately, there is an Olive Garden close by, at the ORLANDO – WATERFORD LAKES NEAR UCF location. For my 107th visit, I’m going with Rigatoni, Alfredo & Crispy Shrimp Fritta [Half]:

This was another ridiculously good meal. I wasn’t quite sure how it would work with the Rigatoni, and it worked REALLY well. 10/10. I also a added in some freshly grated Romano, which is always an excellent companion to any dish. It’s also part of that Italian generosity that Olive Garden loves to provide, as they literally will keep grating until you tell them to stop 🙂

I had Daniel for my server in the bar area, and he was fantastic.
