It’s meal 2 of 4 today, and I’m going with another favorite, Rigatoni, Five Cheese Marinara & Crispy Chicken Fritta:

This is one of those rare occasions where I actually only use a little, as I’m sure you’ve seen my plate loads of cheese before.. 🙂 So, sadly, this 10/10 rated meal previously, listed as one of my favorites, and made the exclusive cut for my prestigious “You’re My Favorite” theme, completely let me down. I’m not sure why, or what happened, as it looks fantastic, but I didn’t find that it wowed me at ALL sadly. I’m always transparent and honest with my reviews, so while I didn’t hate it, it certainly wasn’t a 10 like before. I’m going to give it a 7. I didn’t even finish the noodles (although I ate all the chicken!!). No worries, I’ll revisit this and adjust in the near future. Maybe I’ll add in some Alfredo! That fixes everything.
